Sandy McDougall, M. S.

Sandy McDougall, M. S.

Wholistic Life and Money Energy Coach

As a Wholistic Life Coach for women, Sandy meets many women shy of talking about money. Reflecting on this, Sandy realized she too felt constrained by that common taboo. Searching for someone to help her break the spell, Sandy found Olivia Mellan, studied the Money Harmony concepts, and applied them in her own life. Now Sandy speaks, writes, and coaches widely around building positive "Money Energy".

A long time mentor, facilitator, mediator, and problem solver for individuals, families and small organizations, Sandy's special interests include young adults just starting out, work-life balance, the challenges of change and transition, and aging in families.

Sandy helps you grow financial self-awareness, exploring how powerful emotions, beliefs, and influences have shaped the fabric of your current money attitudes and actions. She then teaches you tools for change, so you can choose more intentionally, communicate and collaborate more effectively with family members, and work more purposefully with financial professionals. Sandy champions women and their families looking for better balance, stability, and financial empowerment.

Candice McGarvey, CFP®

Candice McGarvey, CFP

As women, many of us find ourselves with great financial intentions, and perfectly good strategies. But over the long run, we may continue to deal with the same financial issues we had years ago. Money Harmony is an integral element in Candice McGarvey’s work to help women change their financial behavior for good. The path to financial peace and freedom contains important discoveries about who we are as women. Having worked in wealth management for over a decade and acquiring her CFP® certification, she possesses all the head knowledge necessary to provide smart recommendations. But, as she has learned in her own financial journey, it’s not that simple. There is more to financial wellness than knowledge. We need to engage our beliefs and attitudes as well. That’s how Candice has moved from "Hoarder" to "Harmonious." Candice is located in Richmond, Virginia and conducts financial coaching sessions over the phone or Skype.

Carrie Rattle, MBA

Carrie Rattle

Carrie Rattle is a North American money behavior specialist and veteran financial executive, with multi-country experience in banking, brokerage and credit card practices. Carrie has worked in both Fortune 500 companies and startups.

While working with wonderfully committed, capable women her entire career, Carrie witnessed some heart-breaking events where women had their freedom restricted, got into heavy debt, or had to commit fraud to get out of a terrible situation. Lacking the funds to have choices and independence destroyed their lives.

Carrie built Behavioral Cents to help women write happy endings to their money stories. Financial knowledge is a start but does not always guarantee success. Understanding individual money beliefs and nurturing behavior change provides a more powerful path to truly help people align their money with their life’s dreams.

The Behavioral Cents System targets the Head, Heart, and Hands - a focus on goals, protecting joys in life, while building money consciousness. Carrie successfully built her own wealth this way. Her clients learn to get control of their cash – without deprivation. This gentle approach includes “Ah ha!” Moments, Happy Dances – and Fatter Bank Accounts.
